Whipped Cottage Cheese

1 cup cottage cheese 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 garlic clove smashed 1 tablespoon fresh dill 1 tablespoon fresh chives 1 teaspoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon salt Fresh vegetables for serving
In the bowl of a food processor, place the cottage cheese, olive oil, garlic, dill, chives, lemon juice and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
Serve in a bowl along with fresh cut vegetables.
