This is definitely a journey I am learning so much about cleaner eating and learning how to eat healthier and I am learning new recipes and how to feed my body to give myself more more energy and to be more healthier I’m just so grateful for websites like this that help me to be able to do that and to pass this on to my family as well thank you.

Can you first melt the coconut oil in the microwave, then pour it into the hot brewed coffee?

In reply to Stanley Hamilton. Yes! Trader Joe's does sell coconut oil, but it should also be available at other grocery stores too.
