I searched for some breakfast recipes that includes egg took me by surprise that egg rates have been on a real hike in my city. 1 dozen eggs and 1 kg chicken are almost of same price now. let’s see what happens next

If you are referring to cooking hard-boiled eggs, not all, but definitely most people, prefer to add eggs to cold water, since they are already cold from the fridge and so they don’t crack and leak out into the water when they are thermo-shocked by emersing them (even when done gently), into the boiling water. You simply bring the cold water and cold eggs to a steady, gentle boil, and continue boiling for 10-12 minutes, depending on how firm you like them. This is a no-risk, no-waste, fail-proof method that makes the perfect, yolk-set, hard-boiled egg every single time.

This avocado egg toast was simple to make and delicious!
I added a dribble of serano sauce and salt and pepper. I plan to eat this several times a week for breakfast.

I love avocado toast in each of those ways!
This morning I had it with fried eggs
Yum !
I do hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs or poached eggs too !
Sometimes I make avocado toast with just fresh tomato slices on top of the avocado too ! Salt/pepper !

Most of the time I eat it on a plate
with a fork/ knife because the egg yoke runs ! Just the way I like it!
Yum yum yummy !
